Dear Neighbors,

To the one on the left, please do not blast Coldplay. Or Spice Girls. Or anything for that matter.

To the one on the right, I know we're good friends but...your songs suck. Please stop recording them. Or at least record more than one line because, ""cause in the end, we'll be together, then never isn't much too long" is getting very annoying. Make more raps though, because those are actually pretty hilarious. I like the one about "the deciduous trees".

I am getting easily annoyed lately. I don't like it.

Grab n' Go lunch totally satisfies my longing for mom-packed brown paper bag lunches. And the woman who lets you in is soooo nice. I am very happy right now.

What was in my paper bag lunch today:
Turkey sandwich with provolone (not American! I hate American cheese!) on a bulky roll
Amazing pasta salad
Fritos
Chicken noodle soup
A delicious brownie
A cookie that I have yet to eat
Diet Coke

Now to kill my happiness I have to go to my 250 person sociology class in the hall with no leg room. Grosssssss. I'll update later on my general college feelings.

So packing is near impossible. Half my stuff is still packed from camp last summer and is still in my room...but is wicked messy and filled with dead bugs.

Packing is also difficult when you are a complete mess and haven't cleaned in 4 years. I have found the most interesting stuff.

For example, I've found:

A paper with a handwritten quote reading, "a crust of bread is better than true love", I have NO idea what this means

The folder from Leadership Day, I threw it out

A letter from Becky that is just a Shel Silverstein poem

A petition my campers made for a Discovery Time last summer

An ironic Christmas card

Multiple programs and tickets

Stuff from when I played volleyball

"The Invitation", which Ralph gave to us CIT summer

The letter we got before CIT summer

The bag of crap that was put on my locker this year with things like paper clips to "piece it all together" or something

Tons of notes from Joanna with pictures of Dr. Beyer as a turkey

I highly suggest cleaning your room in weeks advance before you start packing.

Proof of my messy room:

My drawers have no room. My clothes get stacked on laundry baskets.

My closet doesn't have anymore room so the dresses hang on random handles.

My dvds are about to fall over...

Okay so now instead of procrastinating by doing this I will actually go try to pack, or clean, or something.

I leave Wednesday for orientation and I'll be back Friday night sometime. Then I leave early Saturday morning for camp. So say goodbye tomorrow or hope that I won't be home too late Friday and come and say goodbye then!

So I'm going to Ithaca! And I'm really excited, I love it!

And, they have the best shirts:

They have gorges. And waterfalls. And hills.

The fact that they have a shirt saying how cold it is kind of scares me, but that's okay.

That's the best of them all.

So yes, I picked my school on the apparel. Well not really, but it's fun to say that.

I drove through 5 hours of country, that was pretty sweet. So many farms and cows. I wondered the whole time how they went trick-or-treating. Or food shopping. Or bought clothing. In my mind, New York country is like Little House on the Prairie.

Once you get to Ithaca it's so nice. I love the city, it reminds me of Portsmouth. And the school was so nice. I love it.

And I saw Anthony Rapp, the guy who plays Mark in Rent (the movie, or original Broadway cast), coming out of the restaurant I was going into. That was pretty cool, I just stared at him. And I saw Lindsey from FSPA in admissions 2 seconds after I walked in, which was just really weird. And I saw Tara Deleo walking in the hallway. Fun sightings!

Fun story to make fun of myself: So we stopped in the middle of no where at Subway for lunch. I felt so "urban" compared to the girls working there, I wondered what their Friday nights were like and how many kids they went to school with. Anyways, it made me feel almost superior, almost smarter. I don't know why, but it did. Then for dinner I ate in Ithaca and ordered vegetable ragout. But, I pronounced it like rag out. When the waitress returned with my scrumptious vegetable stew she goes, "Here's your ragout (pronounced like ragooo or rague)" and I felt like a moron. So it turns out, I'm a hick too. I don't know how to pronounce fancy words like ragout. Lesson learned: don't judge people, you're probably just as stupid as you think they are. And they probably aren't stupid.

So yay Ithaca. Yay college.

Guys, today is my livejournal's 4th birthday, which seems ridiculous.

Happy Easter everyone! Easter is one of my favorite holidays because it's so happy and that's makes me happy. I love Cadbury eggs! 17 of em baby! And I also got a chick, I'm sad because I thought it was a duck when the "Bunny" bought it for me at CVS. I went to my Nannie and Papou's house today after church...that was fun. Actually, it was fun. I watched my little cousins roll/fall down hills in their Easter clothes. Lots of pictures...haha. Oh yeah, I played Barbies...I miss that.

Yesterday I went Easter/isney shopping. I got another new bathing suit. It's a orange and reddish tankini with ties on the top with beads. I like it. We left the mall a couple minutes before it closed. Then we went to McDonalds, looooong story...funny though. Ok, so Kristin and I were wicked "awake" and were asting wicked loud. Figures, we order two large Oreo McFlurrey's with EXTRA Oreo...haha it was all Oreo...kinda clumpy. Well, anyways we ask for the keys to the car so we can sit while my mom waits for the McFlurreys. I get the keys then kristin calls for them...sooo...I throw them underhand w/ both hands like when little kids play basketball..then just missed hitting the ceiling. Ok, so then I go to the door running into it wicked hard...I feel something...a guy was standing on the other side! Haha I hit him! I was screaching, "Oh my God I'm so sorry! I'm so sorry! I'm sooo sorry!" over and over again while laughing hysterically. I'm so dumb.

So, I'm reading Joey's profile today...here it goes...

(In the car comin home from easter)

(the hurricane by bob dylan was playing)

(when it was over i had it in my head but i didnt know the words...)

my version: this is the story of the hurricane...lived his whole life in a candy cane
my sister: Jo youre an idiot, i'm surprised you have friends
my mom: well just look at lizzy, shes worse!
me: yeah i know, her version would be "this is the story of a hurricane, lived his whole life inside of joeys brain."

That's from Joey's profile...haha I love your mom Joey!!!

Goodnight you all!
Lizzy

All I have to say is thank God I'm not 14 anymore.

I had such a weird dream last night.

It involved the wicked annoying unit 2 camper Betsy this summer (remember the lanky girl with glasses and the short boy hair? and she used to wear a bandana a lot, and she was in my Barbie and Ken beach party class and was attatched to Caitlin Donohue). Well anyways, she was upset because no one paid attention to her so she wanted to create a scene. So her and this other girl decided to make a bonfire right in the middle of Luther Hall. Yea, she burnt it down. Then she got caught and had to talk to Karl, and I eavesdropped. Then I was walking to GSE and saw Sam Stalley and greeted her like it was the first time I saw her all summer (maybe it was?) and she was like "Ah I gotta go!" And then I got yelled at for talking loudly outside during rest hour. It was weirddd.

My birthday weekend was fun.

I woke up and my mom hadn't put my balloons on my bed yet, which made me upset. My parents got me an ipod and...a white corduroy jacket? Yea, the jacket was random. School was good but I was in a randomly bad mood. I kept yelling at everyone. But hey, that's okay because it was my birthday. And people made me food, which rocked. Molly made me cupcakes and Brie made me Christmas cookies.

Then I had ballet 3:30-5:30 which was also good. Afterwards I went to Acapulco's for a birthday dinner with Ali, Sarah, Courtney, Lizzie, and Jacqui. I kept telling them I wanted to be sung Happy Birthday in Spanish by the waiters and they kept making awkward faces. I was getting so frustrated I was like, "Tell them to sing to me in Spanish! Guys why aren't you doing it?" and they were like "Lizzy...we already did..." And then...I felt like an asshole. But it was okay because it was my birthday, and they love my yelling. Then we hung around and talked until dance co. rehearsal at 7:30. So the rehearsal took like 15 minutes, which rocked.

Then a bunch of the dance girls (Colleen, Ali, Jacqui, Lizzie, Rae, Sarah, and Courtney) went back to my house for cake and Joanna, Kate, Courtney, Alyssa, and Molly came over. I love meshing people. All my dance friends were wicked loud and energetic and I think scared everyone. The cake was really good. It was Reese's peanut butter cup icecream cake and it's just as good as it sounds. We played my favorite game for a bit...Apples to Apples...and we realized that Ali and Courtney are like the same people. Then Courtney, Alyssa, and Molly stayed and we watched Grey's Anatomy.

Saturday morning we had modern with a sub who when I saw her she reminded me of someone obsessed with Star Wars. Then we got lunch at Isabella's because it's amazing. No one was at the Cinderella rehearsal so that kinda blew, but we had fun anyways.

Saturday night Ali, Lizzie, and I went into Boston to see the Emerson dance show. Our modern teacher choreographed a piece for it so she got us free tickets which was awesome. The show was incredible. It was all modern, but not like boring balletesque modern. It was all dance that had such deep meaning in it. The last piece was phenomenal. It was David Dorfman's Lighbulb Theory which was first done in NYC. It was probably the coolest, most inspirtational dance piece I have ever seen in my life. It posed the question, "Do you think it's better for a life — light bulb to flicker before it goes out, or do you think it's better if it just goes out?" The dance and whole concept was just amazing. Seeing that show made me consider dancing in college. I was contemplating before, thinking more on a side of no, but now I might really want to. It's one thing to dance, but it's a whole other thing when the dance has such a message behind it.

After the show we ventured back into the freezing cold and basically ran to South Station. We sat and had pretzels for awhile and some man creeped Lizzie out. Then we got on the train and I heard all the KP gossip. The young couple in front and to the right of us was making out for a good 40 minutes. It was so distracting.

Then we went back to Ali's house and watched Freaks and Geeks for awhile and fell asleep. Oh, and by the way, she has the coolest house ever. I love it. I left this morning and went to Isabella's, again, and got lunch. Mmm...

So my weekend was fun. Vacation wooo. Hang out with me.

Happy birthday dear...poncho

Like, a huge fight. A ginormous fight...about cat throw up. Seriously, I have a horrible temper.

I got a light bulb full of anger
and I can switch it on and off
in situations it can be so bright
I can't believe how pathetic we can be
